Josephine aka Josie Is a crook she is located at 125 N. Halted in Chicago ill, her company is called skyline advancements now. They sale fake perfume. They tell prospective employees that there will be no quoto's, canvasing, or door-to-door. But on the third orientation day they take you out to canvas a neighborhood trying to sale cheap imitation perfume. They want you to believe that they are a wholesale company and this is why there perfume is not in the original packaging as you see in the department stores.
The lady Josie is really a fast talker, and very slick with words, this is why she usually preys on these 18-23 years of age because she can pull the lid over their eyes.
I just quit yesterday 5/26/05 because I realized that I was not going to receive 600 week salary as she advertised in the Chicago tribune. She also mention Larry Hahn numerous of times, her current number is 312-360-0051. This lady is a total fraud everything on this page that I have read is the truth. Josie and scentura creations have deceptive business practices and uses individuals to make money. She told us that she gets $7 profit for each bottle sold and she get a 10000 bonus for opening up new offices which she plans to do as soon as she get a few suckers to go through her training without figuring her out.
She also had us pay 20 for a background check and after we gave her the 20 she handed us a bottle of perfume, saying that we was super positive and we deserved it. The bottle cost 25 according to her, and I don't believe she performed a background check.
She also had us signed a independent contractors form. She also did the ffaar program. After I quit she called me a wpos according to one fellow teammate. Which stands for worthless piece of sh*t. After the trainings was over she would have Christiana or Jesse or Dave stand out side to spy on us, to make sure we wasn't "cluster f*cking" these are not my words but hers she said that cluster f*cking was standing outside talking to one another, she didn't want us to talk to each other or get each other phone numbers, she said because of inappropriate work relationship, but it was because she knew 10 minds are better that one and that if we start talking to each other her scam will be unveiled before she had a chance to make any money off the bottles we were suppose to be selling.
Speaking of selling bottles she said in our 1st interview there was no selling, she presented the ffaar contest as a contest to make extra money in addition to our salary and that our group goal would be 235 bottles and the person who sold the most would get a 1000. It turns out that these contest are the only way to make money during your 6 weeks of training, (no you will not be paid the salary promised in there ads) and if you are promoted manager your
Income will be based on what some else in training sales, as you will repeat the things you learn to others and therefore the cycle starts over. You will not earn the 600 a week or 30,000 a year you will not be salaried, and the person who sold the most never got the 1000, she said that since we did not reach the group goal of 235 that Larry Hahn would not allow that person the receive the 1000 which is some total BS. She did not allow us to take perfume out of the office she said that she did not trust us that we would have to leave collateral, such as a watch, diploma, purse something of value. Bottom line Josephine Villasenor, skyline advancements, scentura creations, are all scam artist.
