This company did an unautherized debit out of my account twice. I contact this company by phone and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Then a recording stated there will be an additional hold time of 45 minutes to speak with a customer service rep, after that 45 minute wait the call disconnected.
I went to the company's web site and sent a text message regarding the unautherized transaction and left several telephone numbers for someone to contact me back @ and no response from Appera Whitening.
