I ordered 2 items from this company one on 4/8/05 and one on 4/10/05. This company seemed like a real business, obviously they are not. They are a disgrace to the e-commerce world and I will never purchase another item from them ever again and I will infrom every person I know to not visit or purchase from their site. I have contacted my credit card company and they are following up with the company. If that doesn't work then I will go further.
I will not rest until I have my $54 credited back to my credit card or I have my two items shipped properly and well packaged... I hear you do a pretty s*y job with that too.
If you are reading this northwest glass art company please respond. Don't act like the scardy cat that you are. I will be your worst enemy until this matter is solved!
