Charles Banney worked at the Litchfield Dairy Queen for over a year, he was promised a raise in Jan. Of but never received one, finally fed up one night he quit. When he first started working, Dairy Queen deducted from his pay checks for his uniforms - the amount of $50.00. When he quit, he returned them and they refused to give him back his deposit because of the way he quit. Manager/Owner, Mr. Price said that because he did not give a two week notice, he can not have his deposit back on the uniforms. Charles Banney says he never signed any form notifing him that if he quits without notice, he will forfiet his $50.00 deposit on the uniforms. Dairy Queen has his uniforms, but Charles doesn't have his deposit.
