Butte County - Titled the wickedest city in the west during the gold rush. Has not changed, but years of practice and fine tuning has the taught this county how to reap the benefits of corupt power with amnesty.
With over 100 brothels and bars during the gold rush Oroville was the place to party. Still the county seat, the partying has shifted to Chico. Chico State, revered as the most partying university in America.
The roots of my family tree are deeply imbedded in Butte County. From Grandparents to grandkids, aunts, uncles and cousins, inlaws and a few outlaws. Everyone has seen or heard of the activies of the "city fathers". Little brother ripping off big brother.
When Uncle Sam decided to try and recoup some of the Millions spent everymonth on welfare. The groans were heard from down town. The main source of income was in jepordy. Repay, they said. We like our people relying on that money. We have worked hard to keep opportunity at whim. We don't need nun them folk with knowledge movin in and changin s*t. Hell, thats why we keep them college kids drunk.
With the power of knowledge and intellegence the path is cleared and direction set by the motivating factor. The ability to transform adversity into opportunity becomes a reality.
And so it happens. The original widely abused system that was suppose to be a stepping stone for less fortunate was failing, "susposedly". The way to get majority support (whether intended or not) is to aide the less fortunate help those who need it, a boost. Theres nothing wrong with that, if? % out of %? Can benefit enough to become and remain productive members of society the program is working.
Well, the only ones left to help are our future. The children. The people are abusing the welfare system. We'll recoup funds paid out by going after the parent that doesn't recieve the welfare, "not nessasarily the one without children" as long as their not recieving benefits.
The system evolves and grows. Butte County officials long time office holders. Vast knowledge of how big brother works.intelligent a keen eye for opportunity. The new system is as others designed with numbers as a way to monitor. So work your system within the system keep the numbers right and most important keep them clear of obvious ambiguities or pointing at the wrong person incase of termoil.
Butte County is collecting support from one and paying support on paper for others. Wierd? No they have to show that they are collecting.in order to recieve more money from big brother. Sacrifice $100 here to pick up $125 there. Not much unless you look at it with more 0's 10,000, 000= 12,000, 000.
Thats one part of a case the other is not filing satisfaction of judgements when satisfied. This lends to the opportunity to collect money from individuals in the future interest. Bonus is when an arrearage is created. Yes, created with little recourse ability by the individual.
This very basic outline of what is happening is reality. From the only county to file for bankruptcy. Coruption the abuse of position or power at the cost of those your serving. Is the lowest form of mankind.
Corupt systems work for those in the system although ran by individuals. Rarely end in anyone get charged or convicted of wrong doing after they're broken up.
It benefits our children like Butte Counties pharmaceutical industry it's so famous for. Hmm that's a no brainer. $
