NY Magazines Unlawful Use Of Credit Card

Recieved a promotional subscription from Bank of America. I have both a credit card and checking account with BofA. My charge card will be charged $196.00 for unauthorized purchase of magazines.

What is troublesome with this, is that, I recieved this promotion from my personal bank? Band of America
