1. Call THIS NUMBER: 1-800 number as found in the January 9 Archives of the consumer complaints.
2. Be sure to be PROFESSIONAL SOUNDING on the phone. Keep your voice tone even, and be polite.
3. Be sure you state that you wish to cancel the magazine subscriptions. They must accomodate you
Be VERY VERY VERY sure, that after you go through the intial cancellation process you have the customer service representative check your ENTIRE FILE with them. When my service rep check MY file, I had a total of * 8 * magazine subscriptions, for which eventually I would have been billed somewhere in the neighborhood of $200- $250.00. Have the customer service rep cancel ALL of your subscriptions and wipe the slate clean.
(I spoke with a woman named Evonne at Ext 759... She was VERY professional and helpful during my cancellation process)
I will let you know if these items were actually creditied to my account.
