We downloaded the bonzi.com monkey a few months ago. We needed it to read e-mail to us, so we used a credit card. We found out that it was eating away at our files, so we uninstalled it. When we called the 805 number the representative assured us that our money would be refunded. Well, the next bank statement comes and, oh my gosh, there it is along with a $39. Charge.
I'm not a happy camper - to say the least.
