Warning: If you are looking for a new brand name bag at a discounted price, do not buy from frezino.com as they are not real.
Do not order any bags, wallets or "supposed" high-end name brand goods from this website because I did and paid the price for it big-time. When I recieved the bag that was supposed to be authentic Balenciaga, I compared it to my real one bought at Barney's and noticed that although it is very similar to the real one there were minor differences and therefore costumers should not be made to pay this outrageous amount of money for something that is NOT REAL.
They also supposedly guarantee 100% money back within 15 days but when I tried to contact them in order to return the bag, all they did was kept on sending notices to the returns people who never got back to me. Finally one man did get back to me a week after my repeated calls and claimed the bag was real and that if I did not want it, that I should send it back to a different address then where it came from... (already sounds fishy to me).. And on top of it all I was made to pay a 20% restocking fee for a stupid bag i did not want because it was NOT REAL.
In addition to all this, the guy who went by the name of "eddie" gave me a fake number when i asked for one if I were to have any questions.
I just sent the bag back today so I will keep you updated on whether I will recieve back the total cost of the bag but I am highly doubtful as this whole procedure has been more than shady. I expect I will be left bag-less, $768.94-less AND minus the restocking fee of $ 83.50 (which is a crock anyways). So, bottom line: spare yourself the time, money and disappointment b/c this website is a scam!!!
