I bought my car from J D Byrider on Oct. 11 2004. When I test drove the car it ran fine. The very first day I bought my car, before I pulled it off the lot, my car did not start, I needed a trunk key because it didnt work and my ignition key that suppose to open the door did not work either you had to jimmy the lock to get the door to open, but me being disabled with a muscle condition it was very very hard to open at times.
They also told me I needed another battery, but since the car lot was ready to closed then I had to come back tomorrow to get another battery. So my boyfriend had to follow me and keep giving me jumps so that my car can make it home. So the next day I brought the car back hoping I can make it there. Then they gave me another battery. About 1 week later, I had to come back because my heat did not work on defrost and I and when I tried to put it on heat my a/c button would come on and my car would die out. So I went back the 1 week later they gave me another battery and telling me to bring it back out there because it could me my compressed air sensor that is making my car die. So I took it back and they told me they fixed it and gave me another new battery and an alternator, but hey still didnt give me a trunk key or a door key.
So again I took it back out there and told them now its my brakes are going bad and it is making a popping and my battery is still dying out. This was on Dec. They told me bring it back out there because sometimes you can get a good alternator that is still bad. So they had to give me a new alternator and another battery. STill again I had to take it back out there because they still didnt give me a key to the door or my trunk key didnt fix my brakes and the air condtioning light was still coming on when i tried to use the heat. So now I only had my car for almost 4 months and still when you turn on they defrost my a/c light still comes on and i recieved my car back today on 1-31-05.
So basically I only driven my car about 1 month out of the entire time I had the car. Please tell me what I can do about this situation. I to also talk to Michelle and told her I didnt want this car it is causing me problems. Even though they are honering their warranty you cant drive the car for more than a week at a time. Im to sick of person to wonder if I go to the doctor will my car stop on me. I always keep jumping cables in the back of the car just incase. Now I called back out there today to see if I could at least trade it off for another car to my sale person Clearence Smock and he no longer works there. What kind of stuff is that? Please help me. I pay all the time never been late and still paying.
