We tried to get "trip cancellation" notification from our agent and tour operator (sunwing) to claim from rbc insurance but we did not get the notification as of today (16th jan.). Please help us to get the trip cancellation notification. We called travelocity on 30th jan to cancel our trip due to emergency medical condition. We bought all inclusive package for dominican republic from 31st dec. Until 7th jan. It is non-refundable package. Regards - ranen & krishna banerjee
