Starpoint Resorts/Geo Holiday Resorts
Certificates sold as deeded real estate, high maintenance fees

Mike Mildion (owner), Alan Dicker (COO) and Daryl Neal (director) are running the biggest scam in Vegas, as shown on the primetime ABC network. They claim to own 79 debt-free resorts, selling certificate versions as deeded real estate in the middle of the strip. They claim access to everything in the Cosmopolitan. They promise upgraded rooms in the future in the Jockey Club, where they lease a couple of rooms to the public. They sell packages to the public and tourists for $27,000-$30,000, charging a very high maintenance fee and documentation fee (fictions fee). It is never possible to get availability.

They treat their employees terribly. You are instantly behind, owing the company money because of a draw system. Double taxing, and bonus checks that are owed are not paid.

I hope every news station and newspaper does research on this company. They're giving Vegas a bad reputation. To me, they are worse than pimps and dope dealers.

God bless!!
