As I write this, our power is out again. I say again because this is a weekly event lasting sometimes up to 3 hours, or a sudden blackout lasting only seconds. I have lived here and been an OG&E customer for more than ten years. At this time in our technology age, this happens all too frequently. I have lived in different parts of the country and this was not the norm. You need to get to the bottom of this problem and better serve your customers. I have phoned in each time the power is out, so you should have a lengthy account of just how many times this occurs. It is highly inconvenient and dangerous in the winter months. Thank you.
