The MotorCoach store does not abide with verbal agreement confirmed via e-mail

My wife and I agreed to trade our motorhome for another coach owned by this firm via a telephone call on Tuesday, Dec. 17th. We were dealing with Brad Twait, the firm owner. We then confirmed the context of the agreement via e - mail. Brad responded that he wanted to close the deal prior to year end and would get back to us on Wednesday, December 18th as to the best date to complete the trade.
Wednesday, December 18th, in good faith, I made financial transactions on my coach to insure clear title. However, Brad failed to respond as he indicated he would.
Thursday, December 19th., I sent an e-mail to Brad asking him to confirm the date for me to arrive to complete the deal. Brad e-mailed me back stating: "sold the coach this morning. Let's look for another. Merry Christmas". I then called Brad. He denied we had a deal (even though I have emails reflecting the agreement. He said: "take whatever recourse you want, I don't care".
The business practices reflected by Brad and The Motorcoach store are unethical and inappropriate. Please beware of making any agreement to purchase with this firm unless you make the agreement in person and complete the transaction immediately. Otherwise it is likely this firm will utilize your agreement as leverage with other potential buyers and sell the unit out from under you if he can make a better deal.
