Kitchen Advance said they shipped my order and billed me 3 times, once even after I complained, now for a total of $88.40 yet I never received my product. They sent me a delivery notice that says fedex turned over the delivery to usps who delivered it to my leasing office yet my leasing office has no record of this. KA wont respond to my emails or stop billing me. They are obviously in the business of bill first, delivery maybe or never later and must be avoided. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KITCHENADVANCE.com aka Kitchen Advance Gourmet Cooking
