Integrity Advance, LLC
Integrity Advance has NO Integrity!

This is a online lending company. I did take out a $500 loan with them on April 11, I have paid these people in full, between 2 wire money grams and 2 transactions they withdrew from my checking account. I was given the option to pay off the loan with one payment (On April 29) or make several payments. I called the number given on the contract and set up the payment arrangement 3 days before the full payments was due (which is what was stated in the contract). The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and gave me the dates for payments and I set it up with my visa debit for the payments to be automatically withdrawn from my account on those given dates).

Imagine my surprise when a may named Henry calls me and says I didn't send the full payment of $650. I told him I had called on April 26 to set up a payment plan. He put me on hold and then came back and said they had no notation of my call or arrangements. So I set it up with Henry at that moment. I sent them $150 right away on April 29, by money gram. Then 15 days later I sent them $350, by money gram on May 13. I was surprised to see that Integrity Advance payment of $150 our of my bank on May 27th. I called Henry and asked why they took that payment out of my account, because I was suppose to send another money gram. They said it was never changed that they couldn't take it out of my account. Once the information was in their system, they could not take it out of the system, I though that was strange because in the conversation before on April 29, Henry said that they had no notation that I had set up a payment plan with my debit card. So at this point, I had paid them $350 150 150 = $650. So on June 24th they took out 2 additional payments, one $150 and $175 (total $325). I called Henry the following Monday morning and asked why they took out the additional $325. He said again, your information is in our system, we cannot take out your information or stop the payment process in our system, (even though I have paid them in full). He said again. Once you are in our system we cannot take you out. But they still refused to put the additional $325 they had withdrawn back into my account. They said I didn't tell them that I didn't want to cancel the payments from my bank when I set up the payment plan. That is when I said, in our previous conversation, You (Henry) said that you had no information of me setting up a payment plan so how did you get my debit card information if you had no notation of me setting up the payment plan before. I said, why would I continue to pay for a loan that I have paid back in full? The agreement was to pay a total of $650 back. I asked Henry to credit my bank account the $325 they had taken out that they were not given permission to take out. Henry refused to do that, he said their system could not do a credit. At this point I immediately went to my bank, showed them my contract and the receipts of payments I had sent to them. I filled a complaint with my bank to get these people to return the $325 and closed the account down so they could not get further money from my account.

Last year around July or August a lady called me saying I owed them $650. She said she was with Integrity Advanced, I told her I have only taken out one loan on line, it was with Integrity Advance and that loan was paid off, she began to argue with me, I asked to talk to a supervisor. He said they had sent me numerous notices to my email, I wasn't home at the time, but I told him that I would check my email when I got home, maybe I had missed something or something had gone to my span folder. I began to worry that maybe someone had gotten my private information and had stolen my identity. I go home, call them back and ask for the email address that a notice would have come from, the man got mad at me and started yelling at me! I asked him to calm down, I told him someone may have gotten my information and committed fraud. He began cussing me. Both people had an Indian accent. I had to ask him several times to slow down, because I couldn't understand him. Plus I was in shock that someone would talk to me like that. I told him I had only taken out one loan and I had proof that I had paid it back. I told him I would send him copies of the payment receipts and he continued to cuss me out! He kept saying YOU HAVE NOT PAID! I am going to take you to court! I told him to send me any contract information he had on me and I would look it over. I wanted to make sure someone had not stolen my information. He yelled, you have the information and He hung up on me. I called my local police department and they told me not to give them any information on me and not to confirm information, that most likely it is a scam. So that is what I did. Nothing. Now 1years later, October 15, I have someone calling me telling me they are serving me with papers for a defaulted loan with Integrity Advance LLC. They say I owe $1500! The phone number was: 1-877-253-8241, the reps name is: KYLE, his extension is 303. He told me I had to call Integrity Advanced and have them send him a Balance In Full Letter, so they will stop collection on me. I asked for the Integrity Advance phone number he had on file (because I wasn't sure of where the file that I had kept all of my receipts in was at that specific moment, it's been 2 years since I paid this off). He put me on hold for a minute and when he came back on the line, he said he didn't have it. He said I would have to check the internet to get the number. If you have been contracted by this company to collect funds, wouldn't you have the phone number? I checked the internet and found a site that had numerous complaints that were similar to my experience. Then I searched my office for the file, once I found the file, I called the number on the contract: 800-505-6073, I have called it 5 times at different times during the day and my phone hangs up on the first ring every time. Then Kyle called me back today (Oct, 28) to get a payment and I told him that I was not going to pay any thing. I found my folder with receipts and I had paid the loan in full. He then said that he would send a locator to my house to serve me with papers. I told him to send the man. I also told Kyle that I have filed a complaint with the Tennessee Attorney Generals office against Integrity Advance. He told me good luck.
