Complaint of CEO at Fort Meade Credit Union

To whom it concerned I Jerry Bell Jr., On October 3 I wanted to be sure on what day my car loan will be paid off this month but, the Teller and Member Rep. Tells me that my amount is over an 1000 dollars when it should be 100.00 dollar. I Mrs. Bell call and spoke with the Mrs. Smith CEO and I asked her about the 1000 dollar that was place on his account know notice were every send about this issue until now three years later and Mrs. Smith stated because my son Jerry did not have car insurance in year of 2010 I give copies to an gentlemen who used to work in the loan department in 2010. My son Jerry do not have any document with MVA for over laps insurance for that year 2010. We want this issue to be resolved and my son want his car title and the 500 hundred dollar that's on whole with Fort Mead Credit Union
