Site looks professional - thought I was replacing my stolen Va license. Only realized it was a fraud - after I entered all of my info and credit card number - realized it was a fraud when it linked me to the actual govt site. Immediately requested a cancel of order and refund. Am awaiting a response. Hoping I am not also a victim of ID theft as well.
