My self (Personal Information Removed). I got a call from roozgaar service representative on 29th August. Their representative said that I have to pay 1685 Rs. Online to the website www.roozgaar.com to register with the company and I will get the desired job. They forced me to pay Rs. 1685.40 to order Roozgaar Resume Explode service. After the payment done for the same, they again forced me to pay another 3594.40 Rs. To order Resume Profile Verification service. When I asked them why you have not told me earlier before the payment that I have to pay another 3594.40 Rs. Of amount, then they have said that your procedure is still incomplete & you have to complete the procedure of Resume profile verification otherwise there is no use. I asked them how much of payment I have to do henceforth than they have said that first you quickly do the payment and we will tell you later since we have very short time. Again after making the payment they said to pay another amount of Rs. 6178.68 to order Roozgaar job assistance service. Then I refuse to pay any payment henceforth. But after that they continued to call me again and again and forced me to pay the amount saying that your procedure will remain incomplete if you do not make the payment (or place the order of Resume job assistance) and your previous payment will go waste, also this will be your last payment and henceforth you need not pay any kind of amount. And they forced me to pay Rs. 6178.68 into the account of Roozgaar saying that if you do not get the job or offer letter of the desired company as committed by us within 20 days, your all the amount will be refunded to you. After that, on 14th September I got a call from Mobile. No. 918860083589 saying that She's Ms. Aditi calling from Roozgaar job service and want to me to come online for completing the procedure. She gave me the roozgaar account id & password of aditykashyap & kapilnagar & said that go to the my order box and fill the details of your card and your amount will not be deducted. I said this is the procedure of online payment and my money will be deducted from my card, she said that we have to only show the balance of Rs. 5000 Rs. From your account and not to pay the money but she was forcing me to fill the details of my debit card & one by one the four pending orders were processing and a total amount of Rs. 20,896.72/- was deducted from my debit card. After that another person came on the phone and said that have you completed the process, I said I did all the things as you have said but you told me that no money will be deducted from my account, then this thing happened. He said that your money was transferred by mistake & will be refunded within 24 hours & I will convey this thing to our account dept. After that I Called him again and again, he said mail your complaint to [email protected] and we will forward your mail to our account dept. For verification. I mailed all the situation to [email protected]. After that I called him on that day 8 to 10 times, every time he use to say that we have conveyed your query to our accounts dept. And there is no response from there yet and after 6 pm they stopped to receive my call. From then onwards, that mobile no. Was switched off and from monday (dated 16th of September) to till date when I called on the same no. They are continuously rejecting my call.in this way a total amount of 32,355.20/-Rs. Has been transferred from account to the roozgaar service websites account.
