Hi,
I purchased a new teen Amex passcard because of the promotion you had going. I put $25 on the card and waited for the $25 bonus which I did not receive.
I called today and talked to Sharon in India who refused to transfer me to someone in the US. After many requests I asked her name or id number which she gave me as Sharon. I told her I would call my self.
My issue is besides poor customer service is that I bought this card and it was not clearly noted that I needed to add additional funds to get the $25 bonus. Now after talking to the US the period to add funds is over. I would have gladly added funds if I would have understood what your advertising was saying.
I would like you to review as I am sure I am not the only one with this issue. I would like the bonus promised to me added to my card.
