I was promised virus removal, they charged me $150.00 for services on 09/17. On 09/18 I tried to use my credit card and was told that the card was on hold, I called the card company and was told that numerous attempts to use my card had been made and I had never tried using it. The card company wanted to inform my of charges that were not consistent with my profile. The only other use was with Advanced Tech Support, I cancelled the card and am awaiting another card these folks are scam artist.
