They took money out of my checking without letting me know that they were going to, when I complained customer Service person was rude and talked over me, said they would only give me back $50.00 because I opened package. I received it to try I told her and she said sorry packages cant be opened for a full refund, you called to late, because I thought I had longer to try it. I thought I won package for the price of shipping through PCH.com. It said you won trials for these companys.
