I am very upset with your pharmacy located on RT 26, lafayette, Indiana. My husband has heart issues, has been on the same medicine for a long time, and just 2 1/2 months ago, has been given the wrong medicine from your pharmacy. This is a life threatening error and must be addressed promptly. This medication he was to be taking is metoprolol for his heart attack, heart failure which is a beta-blocker. The pharmacy has in fact admitted fault for such error. However, my husband's life is not worth a $40 gift card that was offered to him especially when we paid for the "wrong" medication. I would suggest you supply me with an immediate resolution to this. There is simply no excuse for such an error and most concerning is that this pharmacy has made such an error for a persons medication.
