Was told I was receiving a free trial and instead got 4 bottles. And was charged $149. I called right away to say that I should not be charged that amount. They asked me to return the product. It was confirmed they got it back and I was still not refunded. I called and they said 7 business days to refund. 16 days later and I am still not refunded!!
