Received a call stating I was approved for a US grant for "free money... To do with whatever I choose". They requested a $3.87 processing fee to set up my account and when I stated I did not feel comfortable giving money to receive money he hung up. It was a terrible connection with a heavy foreign accent. Frustrated! How did they get my number?!?
