I've uploaded 700 euro's from my bank to Skrill via iDeal. After I did all the login work on my bank account, the 700 euro's were succesfully decreased from my bank account. I returned to the Skrill website and there was an error message.
There was no money uploaded to my Skrill account at all! 700 euro lost for now! I've did this before with 175 euro's and I had no problems at all.
The customer service did reply a half year ago when I had some questions. But now about this very urgent issue, they don't reply at all!
I've informed my local bank with an letter. I hope that they could help me out...
