I am useing this vehicle to lodge 3 items of concern. 1. Why can't all laws be written in the simple style of the US constitution? This would avoid most interpretation issues and substantially reduce the time it takes to write laws. 2. Why can't one overriding law be written which covers any institution which is in financial difficulty. This law merely states that employees (up to a certain amount) be paid first and that the government and semi-government be paid before all other creditors? Had this law been in effect, we would not need the dodd-frank law. 3. Why can't all coins be made of paper or plastic?
