On the 18th August I paid for Alesis monitors that I purchased from the above company. I paid by transferring money from my account to theirs. It has nearly been a month and I have not received what I ordered. They will not answer my emails regarding an update on the status of my order. I dont know what to do so any advice will be much appreciated, thank you.
