Sent wrong parts for 2003 Mercedes 320e. Strut and Mount. THe website had and still has wrong information. THey refuse to send me RMA for both parts. They do not speak on the phone and they do not send emails or respond to inquiries. Starting class action lawsuit as over 200 complaints and growing daily indicating a pattern of theft from the company. All complaints indicate they are not sending products ordered or not accepting reutrns for wrong products. PAttern of illegal abuse. No cost to you except for a few bucks off the money recovered.
