I signrd for the free trial, of this product, which says I would be charged $7.95 for shipping, I sent an email cancelling, but they are telling me they didn't get it, so now I am to pay $185.10 in addition, The rep says I was looking at the wrong website, not the one that advertises this product, there is another one What a scam! What can be done?
