I ordered a necklace from iMosh, as well as a little charm and was notified a week later my merchandise would be deliver on June 21st. About two and a half months later (present day), I have yet to receive a notice about it's having been sent, or receive the merchandise at all. I have emailed them three times and have never heard from them. I am glad that I found your website and see I am not the only one having a problem, but am still very disappointed in their terrible service. I have looked around on their website and there seems to be no location to cancel and order or demand a refund and have made my decision to never order from their site again.
