I invested in VGMC in Jun. I got dividends in Jul and Aug but didn't get it in Sep 2012 due to some reasons with bank accounts. Oct say they are going IPO and froze everything with many reasons that seems like they are still trying to squeeze whatever money they can get.

Now I only hope to get back the money I invested. Please help as I need this money to pay off my bank loans. Thank you.
