Statement dated July 7 was charged 5.42 for the shipping for the first bottle which was to be a discount. July 19 charged 95.85 for the second bottle received which I didn't cancel fast enough but was given 45.37 discount on the bottle so I kept it, but told the rep to cancel any more orders. Aug 01 charged again this time 95.93 but I told them I had not received the third bottle yet and the phoned in date was Aug 17. Was told to phone in on Aug 30 to let them know if I got the bottle. I did notice on my bill dated the 18th of Aug that they had taken off 45.22 not the full amount off my bill. I phoned in Sept 3 and asked for a full refund of the bottle I didn't receive but was told that I had to pay the full amount for the first bottle since I didn't cancel the order in the fourteen days.
