I had ElitePay Global come in and talk to me about changing to their processing. I had a call from the office to see if I understood what the representative had told me. When she began telling me the charges I told her that had not been in the discussion. I then told her I did not want the service. They then sent a credit card processing machine which was refused and returned to them. They have been taking fees out of my bank account sinc July.
