I purchase a CNC Router from a UK Shipping address on ebay, after about eight weeks a component failed causing the Cutter to run at max revs Continously (Very Dangerous), as I had just missed the 45 deadline on ebay, I was a bit miffed. Well, I contacted the supplier. Immediately they knew what the fault was (Worrying that is?). They cannot seem to get that it is under guarantee (All over their website about customer Focus and all that buff, well they 'Suggested' that I buy a component and fix it myself! Eventually they ceased talking to me (10 emails plus) and then passed my info onto their circuit board supplier, who again insisted I fix it myself, they just sent me the component (Despite being told not to!)
Their UK shipping address is a Courier, basically their Warranty and Guarantee are worthless, Very Dissapointed with the company as they seem to 'Deliberately' hiding behind unlisted emails and no contact option on their web page, which as a company is a bit off... Anthony
