I sell bitcoins on eBay, and buyers purchase items. We have a detailed conversation by email to find out the wallet address to send to, etc. Sometimes it might not be 24 hours before I send the coins, and immediately after I send them, a PayPal dispute is registered. Funny that. Did their accounts get hacked again?
Sadly, I am a victim of fraud, and PayPal does nothing to help me. There is only "Buyer Protection," even though I have blockchain proof for every bitcoin.
