We received a USB flash memory pricelist from this company and began negotiating with them for a sample order. We sensed that something was going wrong (they could not accept Paypal on the first order because of their "company policy". Payment terms was T/T in advance or Western Union, which would have forced us to state a lie by saying that we were not purchasing goods but just "sending money to China") therefore we agreed an advanced payment - through T/T - of 60$ and balance on delivery. Ten days after we had a Skype chat with these fellows. They said that they could not provide us the tracking nr. Of delivery because "the marketing have the no. Of delivery and they are very busy and always have a fixed time to give it to us". Some days after they gave us a tracking nr. That was linked to a standard delivery (via snail mail and not via DHL as offered in the proforma invoice). Last week we finally received something: of course they did not send us the flash memories but a silly plastic headphones set (which you can purchase elsewhere at 2$).
My suggestions:
- Paypal not accepted? Ok, thanks I won't buy anything.
- Too cheap to be real? Ok, thanks I won't buy it.
- The chinese salesman writes from a gmail/yahoo/hotmail/you-name-it account? Ok, thanks I won't buy anything.
- The website domain is recent and/or company name linked to another one which has apparently nothing in common with the first one? Ok, thanks I won't and so on...
