I applied for a trial of veloura cream for £3.49 which i received. They subsequently took
£74.95 from my bank account forcing me to cancel my debit card and reorder a new one. After speaking to a staff member in costa rica!
They reluctantly agreed to refund 50% which they did. Since this incident i have read dozens of complaints against this company - by the way - the cream is rubbish.
