I purchased a sample at £4.95 each and less than 14 days later they stopped almost £200.00 from my bank account and I am a pensioner and this was in excess of my pension and left me unable to pay my rent and bills. I have cancelled my account but they refuse to refund my money and nothing other than the small samples were sent to me.
