I have read the other stories regarding attempts to collect child support that is not owed. I believe each one as I have encountered the same problems. Banks brokerage firms insurance companies etc. Can process zillions of transactions in a minute and do it properly. The state can't find the money I paid six months after child support ended? I am now being billed by an independent collection company called "Progressive Financial Services". Progressives representatives are actually trying to convince me I owe money and that the court order ending support dosn't mean anything.
Why would the state use outside companys to collect money?
Wouldn't I be arrested or have my wages garnered.
My suspision is that someone has stolen money and is hiding it by being unable to reconsile the ledger. No one can be as incompetent as the State of Arizona.
Therefore someone must be stealing.
Someone needs to organize all of us to speak as one voice to bring about a change.
