I have made the online purchase after reading a lot about the product and it also said product will be shipped within 24hours after the order made.inspite of order shipment, I have been charged more than my order amount, 2 unauthorized transactions on my account. I have tried calling them on the number mentioned on the customer service section according to Sydney time as it mentioned but no go... No response, no email, no call
