I purchased a script advertised as able to do updates using AJAX.

Literally the feature list says:

Homepage Scrolling Updates
Top updates have been added to the homepage with Ajax automatic scrolling.
Http://www.scritterscript.com/features.html

After paying and downloading the script, I found that it was FAKING the updating, there is no updating, and there definatly is no AJAX used on the page.

So I requested my money back and the very stubborn support person refused and tried to bullshit me and even insulted my intelligence.

E-mail conversation quickly went south when I showed this person that he was talking nonsense.

No matter what, this company refuses to refund.
