Saw an ad in local paper to make "$1000 weekly or more guaranteed salary mailing financial company letters from home." I called and had to leave my name/address to receive more info by mail. 2pg letter states they would provide free postage, circulars, envelopes and mailing labels with addresses already on them. It states they want $85 up to $375 (marked down from $999) as an application fee in order to "eliminate those who are just curious and only hire those who are serious." After checking the Better Business Bureau's "F" rating (but with no real explanation), I found usacomplaints.com which had multiple negative reviews from people with stories just like mine. Thank you Scambook! I will save the newspaper ad and 2pg letter I received in hopes that it may be used a evidence for future prosecution, by myself and/or anyone that may need it.
