As the previous complainant stated, this site appears to be automated with automated responses. Nothing makes sense when you ask specific questions. Also I live in a small community of 4500 and it seems there are more than the usual number of people from my community on this site. I have lived here and have not seen any of these people.
I did cancel my account during the 7-Day free trial, but paid 31.65 to complete the month. I have sent them emails to cancel my account. They have conceded they will cancel.
