I have recived letter from state lottery agent Mr BOESCH 1n 2005 to participate SKL 116. I HAVE participate 1-6 CLASS, He sent a letter to me I won in 3 class.in 6th class he wrote this me as i quote ACTUALLY IN THE 6 CLASS I CAN DO NOTHING ELSE BUT WIN. I AM NOT AN ENGLISH MAN, i requeting scambook community to help translate his statement, ihave wrote my complaints to German embassy, Bavarie chancellor.ino body help me, they said ishould contact police. IAM requesting my prizrs from them or COMPENSATION
