I ordered and received their product, Premier Cleansing and Garcinia Cambo and paid $4.95 for each product. If you wanted to order additional products then you had the option of checking the box provided. I did not check the box. On July 15, on our bank statement, I had been billed $99.98 for Garcinia Cambo and 77.95 for Premier Cleansing. Called the numbers listed on my bank statement. Both places gave me the address to send the product back for refund. I immediately returned both products by express mail. Refunds were guaranteed in the next 30 days. Premier Cleansing refunded immediately, but it has been over 39 days for the other product. When you call 877-8192931 you always get someone from India. They tell you that they are in Nevada but when you ask them the time it is way off. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they are all busy helping other customers. They then tell you that a supervisor will call you back in 2-3 business days.
