These guys certainly don't exhibit the desire to provide reasonable customer service. It is my belief that they use a "bait and switch" tactic on many of their unsuspecting customers. A responsible company would correct an error that produced so much confusion but I believe that it is deliberate. Their management of invoices, shipping, tracking information and general customer consideration is lacking consistency. "Customer Satisfaction" involves an encyclopedia of rules and restocking fees. Any error or dissatisfaction, on the part of the customer can be very costly. Bottom line (for me). I would rather spend a bit more on the products and deal with a more customer-friendly business. Sometimes, the best "deal" isn't always the best deal.
