Room charges are placed on visa credit card which was used to secure a reservation on one day. That reservation was cancelled the very next day, and yet the full cost of the possible lodging is on the credit card which we will disput. This will not be paid. This charge should neverhave been applied. Calling the number 1 877 283 5585 leads to recorded messages which are sweetly spoken and then disconnects the caller. No personal conact available to dispute charges!
