I had bought a free trial from Slimberry Max a couple of months ago but I had never recieved anything. After about a month and a half of not getting anything I tried to contact customer service to get my plan cancelled. For some reason, maybe it was my phone at the time, it never went threw but I did keep on trying. Sometimes I would be waiting for about an hr, I honestly don't even have that much time out of my day to be sitting on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Just recently $57 was taken off my credit card for I guess another shipment of these pills. I still hadn't gotten to talk to someone and am very annoyed at the fact that I never even received my first shipment and they already charged me for another which I doubt I'm going to recieve. I just want to cancel my plan and be done with this mess of a company.
