This Company held an auction at Clubhouse 66 in Glendora, CA. At the auction I purchased a ring that had an appraisal with it with the ring being valved at almost $40,000.00, after a couple of bids mine won. Today I went to another appraiser to ensure that what I purchased was in fact what I got... Wrong... That appraisal wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I've contacted Windsor House spoke to Karen she said send email I did haven't had a response yet. Contacted the facility it was held at to let them know as many of their regular customers were there and made purchases much larger than mine. It is this simple I either get the money back or I will sue. It is unfair to take advantage of people in this manne
